iGaming is often associated with developers, betting and sports analytics. In reality, a single product is built by many different specialists: engineers, marketers, analysts, lawyers, project managers and teams working with customer experience.
We reviewed public hiring sources for eight active operators in Belarus: Betera, MaxLine, Winline, FONBET.BY, Marathonbet, Betcity, GG.by / Grand Casino and Brazino777. The final list includes only roles that were visible on official career pages and accepting applications on the review date.

What we found
- 13 confirmed vacancies.
- 7 positions at Betera.
- 6 positions at MaxLine.
- The main areas are technology, data, marketing, CRM, project management, casino operations and legal support.
- Most roles require prior experience, but there are still ways to approach the industry without matching a specific vacancy.
Betera: 7 open roles
The official Betera career page lists roles across technology, marketing, CRM and legal work.
- **DevOps Engineer**. AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD and data platform infrastructure. The listing asks for at least 1.5 years of experience.
- **Head of CRM**. Retention and loyalty strategy for sportsbook and casino, segmentation, promotional economics, A/B testing and team leadership.
- **Lawyer**. International projects, contracts, corporate and tax law. A law degree and English at B1 or above are required.
- **Linkbuilder / Outreach Specialist**. External placements and organic search visibility.
- **PPC Specialist Google Ads**. Paid search acquisition and campaign development.
- **Project Manager**. Marketing projects, deadlines, risk management and cross-functional teams. The role requires at least three years of experience.
- **SMM Team Lead**. Social media strategy, team development and brand content.
Candidates who do not see a suitable position can use the “I want to work at Betera” option and submit a CV to the general talent pool.
MaxLine: 6 open roles
The official MaxLine HR website lists vacancies for product, technical and marketing teams.
- **IT Project Manager**. Web and mobile projects, high-load products and technical teams. A technical background and at least three years of experience are expected.
- **Marketing Project Manager**. Marketing project and team management.
- **Casino Manager**. Casino product development and communication with game providers.
- **SMM Manager**. Content, copywriting and an understanding of iGaming.
- **Data Analyst**. SQL, ClickHouse, Power BI and Python, product metrics, cohort analysis, LTV and A/B test evaluation.
- **Database Administrator**. MySQL, MongoDB, ClickHouse and high-load systems operating around the clock.
MaxLine describes its roles as office-based in Minsk. The company also says that internship opportunities may be available for students and graduates. Candidates can submit a general application or contact the recruiters listed on the HR website.
What about the other operators?
Recent posts from a public FONBET.BY recruiter profile mentioned a graphic designer and a senior legal counsel. We did not find a current career page confirming that these roles were still accepting applications, so they were not included in the confirmed list.
The Winline Head of Trading vacancy we found was already closed to new applications. Search results for Marathonbet, Betcity and Brazino777 led to archived listings. We did not find confirmed public vacancies for GG.by / Grand Casino on the review date.
This does not mean that those companies are not hiring. Some employers recruit through referrals, recruiter profiles, private databases or direct outreach. The accurate conclusion is simply that no confirmed active public roles were found in the sources reviewed.
What the vacancies tell us about the market
iGaming needs more than one kind of specialist. The current list includes infrastructure, data, marketing, communications, customer experience, management and law.
Data is becoming part of everyday work. Even roles outside analytics increasingly require an understanding of metrics, experiments, campaign efficiency and customer behaviour.
Regulation creates its own professional field. Legal, risk, payments and responsible product specialists matter just as much as developers.
Most current roles target experienced candidates. That does not close the industry to newcomers. Entry routes include analytics, junior marketing, customer support, internships, adjacent technology roles and strong practical portfolio projects.
How to prepare an application
- Choose both a role and a professional direction: product, data, technology, marketing or regulation.
- Adapt your CV to the actual tasks. Show results, numbers and tools, not only responsibilities.
- If you are moving from another industry, explain which skills transfer directly into iGaming.
- For design, content and analytics roles, include a short portfolio with clear context for each project.
- Verify the vacancy on the official career page immediately before applying.
Belarusian iGaming grows not only through new products. It grows through people who design services, work with data, explain complex ideas and connect teams. One of these roles may become someone's first step into the industry.
